  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2 eggs
  • tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Start by scrambling the two eggs.
  2. Lay cheese and a slice of bread on top and flip it.
  3. Add tomato and avocado and lay another slice of bread on top.
  4. Cook until it is golden on both sides and enjoy!
