  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • oil/butter for baking

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Heat coconut oil or butter in a skillet
  3. Add a scoop of the mixture in the skillet and bake both sides until they start looking brownish
  4. Top it off with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
