Method
- Preheat the oven to 375F or 190C
- Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise and then each half in three equal parts.
- Lay the bell pepper strips on a baking sheet in a single layer with the insides facing up.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet and add water and seasoning.
- Turn off the heat and add corn, black beans to the skillet and mix.
- Fill the bell pepper strips with the mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Put them in the oven until the cheese has melted.
- Serve while warm and enjoy!
