Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella cheese balls
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper

Method
 

  1. Place the mini mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, avocado and basil in a large serving bowl.
  2. Season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste and pour olive oil on top.
  3. Pour the balsamic glaze on top and carefully mix everything together and enjoy!
